yoga soup

Yoga Soup is for anyone who wants to practice yoga and meditation in a mindful way that is enjoyable and dogma free.

Being human isn't easy. Life is complex.
There are many demands.

One of the great gifts of yoga and meditation is the gaining of awareness and insight. You begin to connect to and trust our own inner wisdom.

From these insights you begin to navigate your life in ways that bring personal satisfaction as well as success on your own terms.

What makes Yoga Soup different?

Diana Corr has over twenty years experience in yoga, movement, massage and meditation. She specialises in therapeutic and remedial yoga for individuals and also teaches corporate and community classes. She is skilled in adapting yoga to personal needs and loves to teach in ways that are relevant and dogma free.

Other influences on the development of
Yoga Soup include Feldenkrais, somatic practices and sharing with with other practitioners such as kinesiologists and osteopaths who have all been very generous in sharing their expertise.

Meditation practices are drawn from the rich tapestry of eastern and western traditions, as well as from contemporary teachings. Buddhist and yoga approaches are included along side non aligned practices that are free of dogma.

Diana currently studies 'Meditation for Women' with Camille Maurine and is planning future workshops with this theme.
